What should I say?
I’m trapped.
And I can’t go on,
The doors are all locked.
Felt a rush of fear,
Dizzy and hot,
Ringing in my ears,
My heart nearly stopped.
I heard a bang-bang!
Knock-knock…
“Open up or else,
We’ll open fire and you’ll get shot.”
Have I hit the wall?
Did the wall hit me?
Can’t tell.
Am I in shock?
BANG BANG BANG.
KNOCK KNOCK.
“Open up or else…
We’ll break in and seize all you’ve got!”
In panic and fear,
My eye sheds a tear.
“Help me!” I call
To The One above all,
“Show me a way, an escape!”
Why should I be afraid?
Why should I be afraid?

Why should I be afraid,
When I have Allah,
The One, True God!
Allah responds to me,
Rescues me,
When I least expect,
He grants me success,
And He foils the Devil’s plots.
The accursed Devil is weak.
Allah is The Most Strong.
Falsehood will die.
The Truth will live on.
Why should I be afraid,
When I know Allah
Takes care of me,
And I have His suppport.
Why should be afraid?
When I know Allah
Will never harm me.
Why should I be afraid,
When I know Allah
Always delivers me
From all adversity.
Why should I be afraid,
When I trust Allah
Will lift, this calamity.
I believe Allah will guide me,
Protect me,
Forgive me,
Cure me,
Have mercy,
Grant me prosperity
And peace for eternity.
I believe and say:
La ilaha il-Allah
Muhammadur-Rasoolullah.
Thus for sure
I’ll see victory.
