Brain Fog- A Poem by Only For The One

Wake up the fog is lifting.

Time to restart your brain.

The clouds are slowly drifting.

Get up and catch your train.

What order do I start this?

What will dissolve the pain?

I did a full 360.

Back to the start again.

My mind is going hazy.

I’m feeling weak and lazy.

I won’t be branded crazy.

I will reclaim my brain.

The news got me depleted.

Decided that I’d abstain.

I left like half-defeated.

My heart was part blood-stained.

Wake up, the fog is lifting.

Time to reset your brain.

Give it up and let it go.

Cos if you don’t, you’ll know

You can’t go lower than low.

Let the fog clear from your brain.

I chose respect and honour

So for The One I refrain.

Going back? Not anymore!

180 said my heart and brain.

Plant the seeds of good in this life

Give up addictions and sins.

Work hard for Paradise.

One day this world will end.

Our journey to The One

Has begun,

A long time ago…

So…

Wake up, the fog is lifting.

The paradigm is shifting.

It’s your chance to start again.

Time to reclaim your brain.

Stop! Stop all you’re doing.

The flush has just begun.

Purify all your intentions and actions,

make them Only For The One!
